Schaefer Engineering has expanded our forensic laboratory capabilities with advanced portable digital radiography (X-ray), providing our engineers with high-resolution, non-destructive imaging of internal components and conditions that cannot be observed through visual examination alone.

Digital radiography can provide valuable information while preserving critical evidence and help identify areas of interest before disassembly, destructive examination, or more advanced imaging is considered.

From fire-damaged electrical components and batteries to mechanical assemblies, vehicle components, welds, and consumer products, this technology adds another valuable investigative tool to our forensic engineering laboratory.
